What nutrients do different types of food have?
We eat different types of food, They give us different types of nutrients.
For example, a sandwich is made up of different types of food. When we eat a sandwich, we get different types of nutrients from the different parts of the sandwich.
The bread contains carbohydrates.
The meat contains proteins.
The creamy sauce contains fats.
The lettuce leaves and tomato slices contain vitamins and minerals.
